Because we sell digital products (ebooks and downloadable content), please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on Biblium are digital downloads.
Once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered or accessible, it is considered used.
For this reason:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.
2. Exceptions
A refund may be granted only in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed
- You did not receive your download link due to a system error
If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your purchase was made fraudulently, please contact your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) immediately and notify us.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Permanent suspension of access
- Blocking of future purchases
